3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

  • If a user believes that their copyrighted work has been violated by a product listed on Shopy 101, they can report the issue using the Copyright Takedown Notice process.

  • The process involves submitting a formal notice to Shopy 101 with specific details about the infringing product, such as:

    • A description of the copyrighted work.

    • A description of the allegedly infringing product.

    • Proof of copyright ownership.

    • Contact information for the copyright owner.

4. Handling Infringement Reports

  • Shopy 101 will investigate all copyright infringement claims and will take appropriate action in accordance with copyright laws.

  • If a report is deemed valid, Shopy 101 will remove or disable access to the alleged infringing product within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Shopy 101 encourages sellers to use original content and avoid using copyrighted works unless they have the appropriate rights or licenses.

  • In case of a dispute between a buyer and seller over copyright issues, Shopy 101 will mediate the situation and ensure compliance with copyright laws.

  • If necessary, the platform may seek external legal advice or take actions as per local jurisdiction laws.

7. Legal Compliance
