STS-103 crew members head back to the Operations and Checkout Building after the launch of Space Shuttle Discovery was scrubbed due to unfavorable weather conditions. In the lead (right) is Mission Specialist John M. Grunsfeld (Ph.D.), followed by Mission Specialists Claude Nicollier of Switzerland and Steven L. Smith. . Other crew members are Commander Curtis L. Brown Jr., Pilot Scott J. Kelly, and Mission Specialists C. Michael Foale (Ph.D.) and Jean-Francois Clervoy of France. Nicollier and Clervoy are with the European Space Agency.
