KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLA. -- STS-95 Mission Specialist Stephen K. Robinson, Ph.D., (left) checks out a container inside the SPACEHAB at the SPACEHAB Payload Processing Facility (SPPF), while KSC workers look over documentation. Robinson and other STS-95 crew members have been participating in SPACEHAB familiarization in the SPPF. Scheduled to launch Oct. 29, the mission includes research payloads such as the Spartan solar-observing deployable spacecraft, the Hubble Space Telescope Orbital Systems Test Platform, the International Extreme Ultraviolet Hitchhiker, as well as the SPACEHAB single module with experiments on space flight and the aging process — NASA KSC · 1998.
