The Apollo Telescope Mount (ATM) was one of four major components of Skylab (1973-1979) that were designed and developed at the Marshall Space Flight Center. In this picture, an ATM solar wing prototype is shown during assembly. A total of four solar wings were required to provide power to the ATM. — NASA MSFC · 1972.
